Indeed, change has to start with me.
Years ago, when I realised that complaining and blaming will not make me happy, I mean really happy, my life turned around. I took responsibility for the way I felt, for the way I acted, for the way I looked and for everything in my life. Slowly, but surely I was seeing life from a different perspective. I saw the light at the end of the tunnel.

Hypnosis and NLP changed how I feel about myself, how I feel about others and how I feel about everything around me. It has helped me to let go of the past mistakes, hurt, resentment, grudge, guilt, anger and even hate. It has changed my relationship with food, my relationships to others and my relationship to life.
Hypnosis and NLP has taught me how to see the positive side of things, how to stay in control, how to be laid back and how to experience events in a completely different way. It helped me to become the best version of myself . It has showed me a different side of me, thus I can love myself the way I have never loved before. I accept myself the way I am and never allow others to negatively influence me. If I don’t like something I simply change it. I enjoy my life in the present and would strongly advise everyone to do the same. It is an amazing feeling to be at present.
What is Hypnosis and NLP?
For You, reader, I want to explain hypnosis and NLP in a simple way.
Hypnosis is not magic, it is certainly not something that controls us and it isn’t a state where we have never been before. It is a wonderful state called trance. It is a state where we can get to our unconscious mind where all our beliefs, feelings, habits and memories are. The right changes can easily take place if we allow it to happen. If we allow ourselves to drift into hypnosis.
Day dreaming, wondering away at times, watching television, etc are all trance states. Even now, when you are reading this blog, you have drifted into a trance to absorb all that I am saying to you, blocking out the world. Your spouse, your children or your colleagues may have called your name, but you did not hear it because you are deeply focusing on the words.
This is exactly what hypnosis feels like. Blocking the world out, looking for resources and making changes to move forward in life.
NLP is Neuro-Linguistic Programming. It teaches better communication, positive thinking and positive self-talk. As thoughts and words are powerful, it is extremely useful to know how they affect us. Changing thoughts and words that we use on a daily basis can dramatically shift our energy.
Resources to Make the Right Changes
Consciously, I am aware of my thoughts in my mind, my words that I am using to make sure that I stay the best version of my self.
In trance, I allow myself to bring all the necessary resources to the surface. Resources that we all have!
This helps me to make changes that are beneficial to me. And before you ask, yes, I still make changes. Everyday. As I am a big believer in self-development. The more I change the better I can be.
